Classes include stretching, reaching, how to get up from a fall, balance practice, etc. A variety of class meant to develop strength, reach, stretch, and spatial awareness. This class will help active seniors improve their ability to do their everyday daily activities, as well as, improve their ability to do things they were not aware they could still do!
